Who are The Foothills Kinettes?

Kin Canada is a Canadian Service Organization with a focus on serving the communities in which the clubs operate while embracing fellowship, building skills, planning events, attending conferences, and having fun. We strive to create a positive atmosphere within our clubs with a goal to ensuring every member or visitor feels valued and welcomed.

The Foothills Kinettes evolved from The Kinette Club of High River in the summer of 2017 to reflect the various communities that our members call home, as well as the projects we are involved in beyond High River.

We work on various projects for which we can always use volunteers! Our annual Ladies Night Out in the spring is always a hit – click on the tab above and save the date for 2020 – April 18!

Our biggest project to date has been the construction of the new Foothills Kinettes Water Tower Park in High River.  Click here for the Facebook Page link.

Organizations we have supported and worked with recently include Food for Thought, Boys & Girls Clubs, Victims Services, Camp Silverland Society (Scouts & Guides), Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army Food Bank, Room-in-a-Box (a post-flood initiative), Rowan House, Kidsport, Foothills Hospice, and many others. If you are interested in volunteering for any of our projects, please contact us – you don’t need to be a member to give us a hand!
